I am writing to you in regards to my current dealings with one of your agents – Janey Pagels.  My husband and I first met Janey in late October 2011 when she visited our home to give us an appraisal and to discuss our options for the sale of our home.  As this is the first time we have ever sold a house we thought it important to meet with several different agents (5 in total) from different agencies so that we could compare and investigate our best options.
