Promoter:

The promoter is Janey Pagels, with a registered office at THE AGENCY, PO Box 1143m, Canning Vale DC 6970.

Eligibility:

The competition is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years or over.

Agreement to Rules:

By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Decisions of the promoter are final and binding regarding the content and conduct of the competition.
The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

Prize:

The prize consists of an Overnight stay at Crown Towers with Valet Parking, valued at over $600.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash and must be taken as offered.
If a prize winner does not fulfill the conditions stipulated by the Promoter, that element of the prize will be forfeited, and no compensation will be awarded.

Giveaway Period:

Entries will be accepted online starting on 15th November 2023, and ending 15th December 2023 at 11:59 AWST.
Entries not received during the Competition Period or not completed in accordance with these Conditions of Entry will not be eligible to win.

How to Enter:

Only one entry per person is accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Incomplete entries or those not adhering to the rules may be disqualified at the promoter’s discretion.

Winner:

One winner will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and verified by the Promoter by 15th December 2023.
The winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, a replacement winner may be chosen.
Prizes will be awarded after all verification requirements of the Promoter are met.
